initiative in partnership with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) for capacity-building and institutional strengthening within its developing member countries.

The STAR – C was conceptualized as a network of resource centers within the ISA member countries to enhance required infrastructure, particularly in the markets of Least Developing Countries, and facilitate uptake of solar energy projects and associated services.
